Everything is nearby, so the location is pretty much perfect. The pool sits in the shade for most of the day, which is the one downside. You can hear some cars at night, though it's not too much. 8.

The beach was the real draw for us. The water and sand were lovely, apart from some seaweed during our last few days. It's not a very long beach, but there's plenty of width. The apartment itself was cozy, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a roomy living area, and a huge terrace. Parking comes with it, though it's in the gated complex rather than inside the building. The pool is small.
