This is a nice apartment complex with a gate and a pool, and it’s family-friendly. It’s right at the far edge of Denia, though, so walking into town isn’t realistic, and parking in the center is poor. It seems great for a young family in summer, but not so good off-season when very few amenities are open. The main road to Denia runs right past, so traffic can make it noisy.

The pool and gardens were beautifully kept, and the apartment had a large terrace overlooking them. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the apartments were great. The only drawback was the rather uncomfortable sofa bed. It’s a peaceful place for a family holiday, very close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

The Fratelli restaurant next door is a nice bonus: the food is good and inexpensive. The beach is about 400 meters away, easy to get to, and Consum supermarket is close too. Our apartment was spacious and clean, and the complex was very well maintained. The pool was spotless, with grass all around it. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming for several years because the apartment belongs to relatives and is rented out. We like it a lot, and have always visited in the low or shoulder seasons. It’s very quiet, there’s a swimming pool, and the beach is very close, about 200 meters away.

My partner and I rented a two-bedroom apartment for four days, with a bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony/terrace with spectacular pool views. A parking space was included, and the beach was just a five-minute walk away. We couldn’t have had a better stay and hope to return next year. The communal area is incredibly well maintained, with a children’s playground and an amazing pool surrounded by natural grass, with sunshades. A perfect place to disconnect and spend a vacation, whether as a couple, family or group of friends. We highly recommend it.
