A peaceful and holy place, open to everyone, where kindness nourishes both body and soul. The welcome and service were excellent, and I felt such warmth. Thank you, Lord, for letting me stay in your house and for your endless kindness and generosity. Sisters, thank you for sharing joy, listening, prayer, and contemplation. I recommend this place to you, and may Saint Michael the Archangel protect and guide you.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. There was no reception or anyone we could turn to, and on our last day we had to figure out for ourselves where to leave the keys. The only person who actually helped us was the maintenance man, who was very nice. We paid 250 euros for three nights over the Easter holidays, after booking the guesthouse through Booking.com. A few days beforehand they called and offered what they said was a better room, but when we arrived they put us inside the convent without having mentioned that at all. The room didn't have any kind of lock, so we left our things inside with the door wide open, though nothing was missing. There was no room service, and the bed wasn't made any of the nights. They said there was no room service. It was a disaster, and for that price they should provide at least a basic level of service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Rocío manages everything wonderfully, and the way we were treated left such a good impression that we'll definitely return. The beds were super comfortable, and the pillows were 10/10. Breakfast was okay. We wanted somewhere quiet at night, away from the bustle of downtown Bilbao, with impeccable cleanliness, and this was exactly that. It felt like being in our own home. Thank you both for everything, you deserve more stars than many hotels.

The food was the best in both quality and quantity, and the service was top-notch. It's a stunning, quiet, welcoming place. I'd happily come back and highly recommend it. Thanks so much for everything.
