We loved the walk from the annex to breakfast, though it’s around 200 stairs. The views and pool were outstanding, and Deia is an easy walk away for more restaurants and grocery options. Services felt lacking for a four-star hotel: no decent coffee in the room, few room service options, no refreshed water, and no hair conditioner. If you rent a car, get a small one because the roads and parking are tight.

A truly stunning, romantic hotel in the mountains of Deia, with a beautiful pool area and lovely gardens to wander around. Make a day for the private beach and book ahead. It’s completely worth it.

The private cove is a must, and the hotel’s tennis courts are a fun way to exercise alongside the gym. The landscape is beautiful, the pool is nice, and service is mostly friendly and accommodating. Getting around can be tricky: taxis are unreliable, while buses are often full, hard to fit groups over four, and can arrive about 20 minutes early or late compared with the posted timetables. Hotel transportation is good, though. You can also run into town for great views, and Nama is a good dinner spot.

We appreciated how the hotel limited guest numbers in each area, whether at the private beach or at a dinner that required a terrace reservation. The food was flavorful, though some descriptions were missing and we had to guess a bit. Our room and balcony were quiet and private, just what we look for on vacation. The staff were lovely to interact with, and the calm feel of this small slice of paradise in Deià made the stay feel five-star. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Keep it up, Hotel Es Molí team!

Breakfast was a 10/10, and I especially liked the handy shuttle to the beach at Muleta. Es Moli is gorgeous, with lovely views all around, beautifully kept grounds, and everything spotless and full of charm. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A wonderful stay!
