The scenery outside is beautiful, but the stay was far too expensive. Even though our room had been upgraded, it was a huge disappointment. The carpet was stained and filthy, the chandelier was broken on one side, and the bathroom counters and walls were dirty. The whole room looked like a motel. We had to leave at 6am for a flight, and were told there’d be no staff to help then. With no outside lights on in the pitch dark, the two of us had to haul our suitcases down two flights of stairs. For the outrageous price, there was no special service to make up for it. Other places we stayed on the island cost less and were much nicer and more luxurious. They charge five-star prices without coming close to that standard.

We loved our two nights in the tower suite. The views were incredible, the staff were wonderful, and the food was delicious. One of our favourite hotels. We can’t wait to come back.

The views, service, and food were amazing. The room price was hard to justify, though, especially since we had an ant problem. Staff tried to deal with it, but it didn’t seem to work. That’s why I’m giving four stars.

Even though the hotel was fully booked, they invited us in for a glass of cava at the bar. The restaurant and pool both have fantastic views of the mountains and sea, and the location and service were excellent. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. We’ll definitely book this hotel for our next stay in Mallorca ❤️

Sa Pedrissa has one of the best locations anywhere in Mallorca. The views are absolutely stunning, the staff are exceptional, and the food is outstanding. It’s a very special place.
