We had a great time here. The rooms are huge, the bed was good, and there’s a fridge and somewhere to cook outside. You can sit out there and look over the sea. The area is beautiful, right in nature, with fantastic ocean views. The hosts are lovely and helped us plan our trip, including pointing us to good local cafés and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and felt a bit special. Loved the place and the people. 10/10.

The rooms have all the modern essentials, but the careful details give the place a real rural feel. You can tell how much hard work the owners put into restoring the house. They were wonderful about looking after everyone and making us feel at home. And the place is even more beautiful than the photos on the website suggest.

I hadn't even looked at the reviews before choosing Apikale. Something about it just caught my eye, almost like a call from the heart. Arriving there was a wonderful surprise. The design is gorgeous, and the panorama is breathtaking as you walk around Casa. The rooms and service are both high quality. Alvaro and Susana are an amazing couple, so kind and hospitable. They were there whenever I needed anything. I'm very grateful to them and hope to see them again soon. Unforgettable! Kamala and Nigar

Susana and Alvaro were especially friendly hosts, and the views were beautiful. We had a really nice room too. On our last day they made us a romantic lobster dinner that was to die for! Eskirrik asto.

Susana and Àlvaro made our stay feel personal. The accommodation was great, and the views were amazing. It's well placed between Bilbao and San Sebastian, and we'd happily come back.
