Hotel Los Ángeles

It's useful to know the airport is 4 km away, about 6-8 minutes by car. You can park beside the hotel, though a barrier blocks the entrance and you need to ring the bell. The building is by the road, so rooms facing it are a bit noisier. Reception was helpful, and although our room was tiny, the beds were very comfortable. Our second-floor bathroom had been renovated. Breakfast is served in the bar downstairs; the woman there was very nice. The selection was simple: orange juice, coffee or tea, a sandwich and something sweet.

We found the bed particularly comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent with a good shower. The rooms are spacious and the hotel very clean, much like other Spanish hotels we've stayed in. We ate in the restaurant, but the TV was loud and so were the other diners. This is a very useful stop when catching a ferry, and I'll use it again.

The service was nice and polite, and it was good value for money. There's parking outside, and the location is convenient for the ferry. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was good, and reception staff were pleasant and efficient. The “terrazco” bar area supposedly served food and drinks, but that wasn't really the case. The bar staff seemed too busy pouring drinks for friends and laughing together. Several hotel guests took a table, then left when they saw how unprofessional it was. I did the same. Luckily, there are other places to eat nearby.
