I no longer feel safe here, and the constant anxiety has me planning to move as soon as I can. Think carefully before buying, renting or holidaying in a place with no security and employees like these. Someone came into my bungalow with a knife and stole my laptop, tablet and phone while I was home in the middle of the day. Apparently, it was the third robbery in this urbanization in a few months. There was also a frightening incident with a neighbor. He climbed over the upstairs terrace wall onto my bedroom terrace while I was naked inside. It’s very easy to see into the room. I filed a police report, and that led to another upsetting encounter. The neighbors contacted the comunidad de propietarios. One morning, an employee I didn’t know paced outside my bungalow, looking at my terrace. He opened the closed gate and walked to a corner, ignoring me even though I was inside and the doors are glass. I repeatedly asked him to leave, but he never identified himself. He yelled that I was blocking the drain. I told him I wasn’t and that I needed to work. As I was trying to start my workday, he and another man kept shouting at me and threatening to call the police. When I could, I went back onto the terrace to show there was no blockage or flooding. They still hadn’t identified themselves, so I wouldn’t unlock the gate. The whole thing was terrifying, and the staff were very unprofessional.

Such a lovely place. I could see myself living here.

The pool is clean and really nice, and the owners are kind and well organized. It’s a very good, quiet spot. The nearest beach is pretty and only five minutes away by car, though it’s pebbly. There’s also a large sandy beach nearby and a lovely walk.

There’s private parking, and the resort sits right by the beach, close to Cala del Llop Mari. The beach has small pebbles that are easy to walk on, then sand once you get into the water. The place itself is lovely, with green spaces, a private pool and charming bungalows. And don’t miss the tree on the beach, it looks like a bonsai.
