We had to cut our holiday short and pay extra for flights because of mistakes by this company and Booking.com. There was no Wi-Fi for six days, and the TV didn't work. Every day we were told someone would come fix things, but nobody did. We got no compensation, even though we're pensioners who paid top money for the accommodation. With all these complaints, why is the company still allowed to trade? Booking.com should remove them from its website.

We came home early after this company ruined our Christmas vacation, and it cost us extra for flights. I don't understand why they're still allowed to operate.

The apartment at 14 Ave Aguilera in Alicante, booked through Airbnb with FIDALSAHOLIDAYS, didn't match its listing. Parking wasn't included, and it wasn't on the beachfront. The beach was a 30-minute walk away. There are a few free spaces nearby, but finding one could mean driving around for ages, or paying. The listing's “garden” turned out to be a 6 m² terrace wall covered in plastic plants, and you could only glimpse the sea in the distance when the weather was good. The main room and terrace are large, and the location is very good, but the bedrooms are tiny. The furniture was dated and low-end, the extractor hood didn't work, and the air conditioning stopped after an hour. The terrace sofa was dirty and uncomfortable. The concierge was very friendly but didn't actually help, despite 35 messages of empty chatter. We paid €1900 for 14 days, plus over €300 for parking, far too much for what we got. We reported the issues to Airbnb at the start of the stay, but they closed the chat each time, even though someone was supposed to call us. We're still waiting for a reply to our partial refund request. It might suit a group of seven looking for a bargain and willing to accept low-end amenities. It isn't for anyone looking for quality and comfort.

I gave it one star only because the system wouldn't let me give zero. They canceled the house on the very day we booked, while we were already on our way, and we lost several days of vacation because of it. When we tried to get answers about the cancellation, a supposedly fantastic robot just repeated the same message. Terrible service. Thanks for nothing. Best regards!!!
