The staff were so kind and it felt really homey. Loved it! It's very close to the beach and easy to reach by metro or tram.

The location made getting around easy, and the place was clean and really well organised. My roommates were respectful, and there was a lovely sense of community. I chose this hostel because of the positive social reviews, but I came early in the season and was almost the only person there. The female-only four-bed dorm door doesn't lock, and the shower is a joke: about three seconds of water with awful pressure. The tram line is a 10-minute walk away, and Lidl is 20 minutes away. The place needs a lot of work. Still, setting the social side aside, it did what I needed.

It felt safe and the staff were great, with a real at-home feel. A lovely place for beach and pool time, but also for relaxing and swapping thoughts and experiences with other travellers. There's book crossing, and it's bike friendly.
