We were a big group of athletes heading to an event, and the hotel couldn't shift breakfast even slightly to work with our schedule. The staff were generally unhelpful and inflexible. At least the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

10/10
The staff were friendly and quick to help, and the rooms were lovely.

6/10
The TV didn't work, and there was an issue with the Wi-Fi. Otherwise, it was okay.

It was okay.

The quiet and the stunning views make Hostal Siete Picos a place I'd happily return to. Ramiro and his mother, Celia, were especially thoughtful, and their attention made us feel at home. The service was warm and professional from the start. I'd recommend staying here for work or a break.
