Vilador Beach Hotel

The staff were so attentive and helpful with all my parents’ questions when we stayed here for their 25th wedding renewal vows in Barcelona. Mustaf especially made them feel cared for. He surprised them with an anniversary gift, and gave my sister and me beautiful rings made by him and his family. It was such a lovely surprise and showed how much the staff care about their visitors and want them to feel at home. The hotel is beautiful and has a calming feel, and it’s in a lovely location. I 100% recommend staying here if you’re in the area or booking a trip to Barcelona!

The breakfast had delicious, fresh products and a rich variety, so it was a great way to start the day. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, taking care of our requests and making us feel at home. The room was very comfortable, thoughtfully arranged, clean, and tidy, with nothing for me to complain about. The hotel is just steps from the beach, and waking up to a view of the deep blue sea was priceless. I had a wonderful Barcelona vacation and was glad I chose this hotel. El Masnou beach was really unique, with magnificent sand and crystal-clear water, a perfect spot to spend a pleasant day under the hot sun. I highly recommend it to vacationers.

The beach is just 2 minutes away, and there’s a lovely courtyard with tables inside the building. Our room was beautifully decorated and had what we needed to feel comfortable. The staff communicated really well, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Everything worked out perfectly for us, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone without hesitation.

The front door lock needs fixing. Everyone struggled with it, and it took us 2 days to figure out the wiggle jiggle. It would also be nice to have bottles of water waiting in the fridge when guests arrive. We were there with my elderly Dad and Aunt, and Zineb was the highlight of the service. She was always smiling and looked after everything we needed. The location is fantastic, near the station and across the road from the beach. The rooms, though, were in poor shape, more like a low-end 2 star hostel. Some things were broken and the quality was generally poor.
