Camping del Remei

You can tell the team cares about this campsite. It’s well kept, its facilities are impeccable, and the restaurant serves really good food. We had a lovely dinner there. It’s also set by a river, the Camino del Agua and other trails. We found the staff polite and helpful, though sometimes a little cold and inflexible. The price was very high, but we still wanted to give it a try. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great, which made working tricky. The pitches are very close together, something we hadn’t realised beforehand, so they’re not ideal if you want space and privacy. The campsite also sits beside a national road, and we found mornings noisy as we’re not early risers. It’s a nice place, just not for us.

Easily the best campsite I’ve stayed at. Everything was spotless and so well thought out. I couldn’t fault the facilities. Highly recommended, and I’d come back!

A real gem of a site by the river, spotless and well cared for. The restaurant is exceptional, with local food prepared while you try the local wines and beer. It’s well placed for day trips and exploring, though probably not suited to a long stay with children.

We felt so unwelcome here, which is a shame because it’s a good campsite in a beautiful natural area. After one night, we were charged 23.10€ for a mediocre breakfast: two slices of toast and a coffee each. What a rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend staying, and I definitely won’t be back.
