The place is quiet, about a 20-minute walk from the sea. Food was tasty and good, and not that expensive compared with other places. My room was OK apart from some bugs. The staff were kind and helpful, except for one young person who was a bit rude to customers and colleagues.

The manager was arrogant and wouldn't help with anything. I asked for hot water or a kettle, and he just shooed me away. This is the worst possible hotel in Valencia. Please don't book this property at any cost.

Be careful, they have you pay through a strange link instead of charging your credit card.

The front desk was professional and efficient. Check-in is at Ronda 2. The hotel is decent, with a modern bathroom and strong air conditioning.

The room was a little small, but comfortable. Excellent service from friendly staff.
