The bathroom smelled really bad, the toilet didn't work, and neither did the AC. Everything was dirty, and the situation was horrible. When we called the apartment to say the place didn't match the booking pictures, they wouldn't approve a refund after we contacted Booking support, so we lost our money.

Hello Home2Book. The apartment adventure had been going well until now. Your listing never mentioned construction and renovations, but they cause a huge racket starting at 7 a.m. This holiday was a birthday present, and as you can see, I was born on February 22nd and rented your apartment on February 22nd! I have to get up at 6 a.m. every day of the week, and now I can't rest or enjoy peace and quiet during my vacation in Tenerife. This is disgraceful and false advertising. If you don't find us a quiet, peaceful apartment in El Médano, I'll complain to Airbnb and Google Maps. Sincerely, Olivier, a dissatisfied and disappointed customer.
