We had a warm welcome, a lovely reception area, a pool close by, and the beach just across the street. Apart from that, there’s little to complain about. We were spending the holidays with our families and children, but a family member became seriously ill, so unfortunately we had to cancel the rest of our stay and ask for a refund. We submitted the required medical certificate and are waiting to hear back from the hotel administration. We had hoped to change the return date, as we feel customers have a right to request changes in private circumstances, and the hotel has the right to cancel in such cases.

The location is good, but the apartments are old, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. After 15 years, we’re skipping this year because the prices are so high for outdated apartments without services.

Comarruga is a lovely spot for family holidays, peaceful but still lively. In my experience, though, these apartments are expensive and don’t offer anything special compared with private apartments.

A lovely place for our pet, and the cleaning kit in the kitchen was a nice extra. We slept well too, thanks to the comfortable mattresses.

The place is basic and feels quite dirty and neglected. The TV is tiny, with what seems like the most outdated DTT receiver on the market.
