Le Meridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa

Dinner on the sandy beach was unforgettable and a must to try. The beachfront location at Le Méridien Hotel also gives you beautiful views and direct access to the sea. Breakfast had good quality and variety. The gym was surprisingly large compared with most hotels, which was a big plus for a long stay and for someone like me who loves the gym. The pool was very clean and enjoyable, and the spa was amazing. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend the hotel.

We checked in for one night on Nov 12/2025, during the off season when there were few other guests. The beach access, lovely terrace restaurant, and room amenities were all fantastic, but the staff are what made this resort magnificent. Every interaction, from the efficient, prompt, friendly and professional front desk to the personable restaurant team, left us thinking they really cared. The food was great, served in generous portions and always presented beautifully. We bought the 50e per person food n beverage package, which included a three-course lunch, dinner, and drinks with meals. We can’t wait to return. These CANADIANs appreciate the service and value.

After four days exploring Barcelona, we wanted three nights by the beach to unwind, and this was just right. We came in late May 2025, when the weather was beautiful and the beach pleasantly uncrowded. Restaurants were easy to reach, with plenty of choices within a 10-minute walk. Our junior suite faced the beach and had a stunning view. There were weddings on Friday and Saturday nights, and we enjoyed watching the celebrations and ocean from our window. The hotel is modern and stylish, and all the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. There’s a kids club on weekends for parents who want to relax, though we didn’t try it. I only wish we’d stayed a few more days before going home. It felt like a true five-star experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

The spa was the standout for me. I had a massage and would happily recommend it. Le Méridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa is right by the beach, and the staff are warm and welcoming. It’s also about a 10-minute walk into town. The rooftop pool let us down a bit: the water was cold and it didn’t seem very clean. In town, there are lots of places to eat, though the food is decent rather than special, and fine dining isn’t really what to expect. Some waiters spoke little English, which made ordering tricky at times, but we liked the local feel. A lovely spot for a beach break, with a few small drawbacks.
