Pilar was such a good host, always ready to help with anything. We asked for a small favor and she agreed right away. We spent Easter week here with family and couldn’t have picked better. The house is beautiful and comfortable, with a lovely patio, barbecue, and two pools. The heated pool was a real treat, the water temperature was just right, and the elegant decor made it feel like relaxing in a giant jacuzzi. We’ll definitely come back.

The heated pool was a real bonus and made it feel like a spa. Pilar and Ernesto were wonderful, treated us so well, and promptly got us whatever we needed. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Everything was perfect, and we’ll definitely return.

Pili and Ernesto were attentive from the moment we arrived, and their service was the best part for us. The rooms are meticulously kept, and Elche de la Sierra is a handy base, with good transport connections to the surrounding towns. For a getaway or holiday in the Sierra del Segura mountains, La Tahona is an excellent place to stay.

Ernesto suggested some nature trails as soon as we arrived, which we appreciated. The owners were hospitable, the house was clean, and they made our stay easy. If we’re back in the area, we’d definitely stay with them again.

Ernesto and Pilar were so kind and attentive, and the children had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need and more. There’s lots to explore nearby, from natural pools, rivers, and hiking trails to villages with old stories and legends. We stayed as a family and would recommend it 100%.
