The room faced a busy road and was very noisy. The pillows and mattresses felt like they were 20 years old. I won't stay here again.

Since a red alert had been issued there and the Oasis festival on Friday was canceled, at least for now, we called about our reservation for this weekend to ask what could be done. They said they wouldn't refund us or move the dates, and told us to go ahead with the weekend because it wasn't going to rain. They also said the festival had nothing to do with them and we were on our own. We're obviously not going, with so many streets flooded. It's deplorable that they offered no solution for such an important problem. My advice is, "never book this hostel." I hope the receptionist who spoke to me that way picks up his car at San Juan beach.
