Sol Y Dunas

The apartment is nice, but several things made our stay pretty unpleasant. The shower didn’t work when we arrived, though it was fixed the next day. The microwave was positioned so its power cord couldn’t reach, and the remote had no batteries, meaning we couldn’t open the gate to park. There was no freezer in the refrigerator, which is essential in summer, and although a hairdryer was listed, it wasn’t there. It felt as if things weren’t being checked after guests left. The sheets and towels were still hanging on the line when we arrived, which didn’t make a good impression. I’d also left a glasses-cleaning cloth hanging out; when they came to fix the shower, they gathered some clothes and took the cloth too. It’s a small thing, but still a detail. After all that, I wouldn’t stay there again if I return to Los Arenales.
