The Baztán Valley is stunning, and this house is in a beautiful spot, set in a high meadow with sweeping views of Elizondo and the mountains. It’s peaceful there, though only a five-minute drive from Elizondo. The owner, who’s local, was very friendly and gave us great places to eat and visit.
We came here to unwind and get away from it all, and the breathtaking views made it a great place to do that. It’s a beautiful country house in a special setting. Esteban was incredibly friendly and explained all the things to do and places to go.
It was easy to get around on foot in this peaceful setting, with lovely views over Elizondo and the valley. The house was spacious and practical, with heating, comfortable beds, and a barbecue area. Esteban, the owner, was warm and attentive and helped make our stay wonderful.
Autxikoborda was a lovely place for a quiet break, and we’d definitely return. It’s tucked away from city noise, surrounded by lush plants and wildlife you might spot along the way. Esteban was helpful from the start and made everything easy for us. Elbete, a beautiful village with delicious food, is about a 10-minute drive away. It’s a great base for exploring Navarre’s villages and history.
We stayed on the ground floor over the May holiday weekend. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and has lovely views. Esteban also found us a place to leave our bikes. One small thing: there was no shampoo or detergent for the washing machine or dishwasher. If we’d known, we would at least have brought shampoo and shower gel. Apart from that, it was great.
