We spent two weeks at Markulluko in June and July as a family of three, and really enjoyed the house and the area, including Elizondo, the Baztan valley, San Sebastian, Pamplona, and Saint Jean de Luz. The house is in perfect shape and fully equipped. It's a 15-minute walk to central Elizondo. Maxux was a very helpful host, and we wholeheartedly recommend both the house and Maxux.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Maxus welcomed us warmly and explained the house and the area so we could enjoy our weekend. The breakfast tray of local products was a lovely extra, and everything tasted great. The country house sits in an incomparable setting, with incredible views. The apartment was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Maxus's service was impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We'll definitely be back soon, 100% recommended.

Nature, quiet, and hospitality that makes you feel at home. Maxux Goñi, the owner, was so kind and welcoming, and clearly puts care into every detail. Thank you for making us feel so good! 💚 We had a dream weekend in Elizondo, Navarra, staying at Markullukoborda Rural Suites. The apartments are charming and right in the heart of the Baztán Valley, with thoughtful decor and peaceful views that make it easy to unwind. Definitely somewhere we want to return to 💗

We've been coming back since we found this paradise, Markululluko Borda, in 2019, and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean, cozy, spacious, and well equipped. From them you get incredible views of Elizondo, with mist at dawn and lovely light at sunset. Maxux is an amazing person who makes you feel at home, shows you the wonders of the Baztan Valley, its people, and its nature, and always leaves local products in the room to enjoy. We recommend the place to our loved ones because we know they'll love their stay and be happy to return.

This was our second time at the Markulluko Borda apartments, and it was just as good as the first. They're comfortable, very clean, and have lovely views over the valley and Elizondo. The beds are comfortable too. We can bring our dog, which matters to us. Maxux is a wonderful host, always ready with tips on places to see and answers to any questions. She leaves local products in each apartment for a substantial first meal, including local cured meats, as well as breakfast things like cake, coffee, tea, oil, and salt. If we return to the Baztan Valley, we'll definitely stay at Markulluko Borda again. Thanks for your kindness, Maxux. See you soon!
