Elorrio is a 15 minute walk away, with bars and restaurants, and the bus from Bilbao costs 3 euros. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were helpful. It was great value for money, and I'd definitely come back to this lovely Basque town.

We had a nice stay in a beautiful location, with comfortable, clean rooms and a cosy bar serving decent food. It got off to an unfortunate start when the reception manager tried to charge extra for our daughter, even though she was already checked in through Booking.com.

The food was good for the price, though the restaurant service felt a bit rushed and the waitress seemed bored with her job. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The hotel itself is OK, but the surrounding area isn't spectacular.

The staff were friendly, and the bathroom was very good, recently refurbished, I think. The rest of the room felt very tired. The fridge didn't work, and the bed squeaked.

Everything was tidy, clean, and quiet, and the staff were nice and helpful. Thanks.
