You can't count on getting a room with a window, even though the description promises city views. Room sizes vary a lot, and the Wi-Fi is unreliable, with some rooms having no connection at all. Since the pricing is the same despite those differences, staying here feels like a gamble.

The area is peaceful, which was a welcome break after busy days, and the town's bars and restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away. There's a bus stop right by the entrance and plenty of free parking. Inside, my room was spotless, with air conditioning, a great shower, and the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. Breakfast was tasty and well looked after, and the staff were so friendly. I'd happily stay again.

There aren't many hotels around here, and this is the one I'd pick. The staff are lovely, and for the price it seems like good value. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the heating worked well. The shower was good enough. It's within walking distance of Eibar, and there's also a light rail or bus to get there.

The service stood out. The front desk and bar are open around the clock, and getting a coffee at 5 am was no problem. The rooms were what I expected, and it worked well for an overnight stop while traveling across Europe.

Such warm, helpful people here. The former Londoner at reception was especially accommodating, and I even had the pleasure of meeting the town mayor, who really did the town justice. Amazing people, and an amazing little town. ❤️
