The room was clean and quiet, and the receptionist, parking, and air conditioning were all good. But the room and bed we got were too small, and the bed wasn’t comfortable for two adults. There was only a sheet, no duvet, so I got cold at night when the temperature was cool and didn’t sleep well. The bathroom in room 17 had an awkward layout that made it hard for adults to use comfortably. Sorry, I couldn’t stay here again.

The receptionist gave us a lovely welcome and was super friendly. There’s parking right in front of the hotel, and the bus stop is nearby, making it easy to get to San Sebastián.

It’s about a 10 minute walk to lots of nice places to eat, and I thought the price was good value. My room was comfortable and spotless, and all the staff gave me excellent service.

The lady at reception was a big help with check-in and local information. The hotel was lovely and kept clean and tidy, with road connections not far away. I’d recommend it.

Sometimos sometimes has live music in the restaurant. The hotel is nice and clean, and you get good views of Errentería and Pasaia's port.
