Hotel Rural Binigaus Vell

Anna at reception was amazing, and all the staff were kind and ready to help with anything. They know the good places to visit, and if you have time, try the horse riding, it was magical. The service was perfect and the products were great quality. We loved the atmosphere and will be back. The honesty bar does close at 11pm, and during the really hot season there are flies everywhere.

My wife and I loved the Honesty Bar, especially since the prices were great. We had a wonderful three-night stay at Rural Binigaus Vell, and the property is even more beautiful than the pictures. The food, service, and accommodations were all excellent, and the hotel is very centrally located. Take the road to the property slowly and it should be fine. There are several accommodation options at different prices. We look forward to returning soon for a longer stay.

Three days wasn't nearly long enough. We realized as soon as we arrived that we'd made a mistake staying such a short time, and this is one of the best hotels we've visited. Anna's warm welcome set the tone. The grounds descend from the old house to a large, warm pool, with former outbuildings and stables converted into luxury rooms. Ours had a small private plunge pool outside at the back. Inside, there was a huge comfortable bed, a high beamed ceiling, quiet and effective air conditioning, a powerful shower with a rain shower overhead, and a large whirlpool bath. Breakfast and dinner are served on the terrace, a lovely spot, especially with the lights on at night. Service was great, and our first-night dinner tasted amazing. It was a very relaxing stay, and our first choice when we return to Menorca.

The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful, though we found the pool less peaceful than we'd hoped because there were lots of families with children staying during our visit. The setting is beautiful but quite remote. You'll ideally need a hire car, since finding a taxi in Menorca can be difficult.
