Vistamar Apartamentos

The seafront complex is lovely, but staying in an apartment offered little peace. Local families, often with lots of children, took over the pool and loungers for hours after sharing something like one Coke between four people. It was noisy, and there was no one controlling the area. That was completely unacceptable.

We had a lovely week and would stay again. The restaurant staff were especially friendly and helpful, though the food felt a little expensive for its quality. Our apartment was clean and had the basics, including a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and a few pots, pans, and cups. They also supplied a crib for our baby. The beds could use an update because they weren't very comfortable, but the sea views and great pool made it a nice place to unwind.

Thank you to Miriam, Reda, Fai, Alberto, Miguel, and all the people working behind the scenes in reception, cleaning, the kitchen, and maintenance. The service was impeccable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I usually choose four-star hotels, but I took a chance on this three-star one, and the team, mostly around 25 to 30 years old, went beyond what I expected. My scores: service 10/10, friendliness 10/10, food 9/10, room 8/10.

The pool was great and we never had trouble finding a lounger. The place was very clean, and everyone at reception and the bar and restaurant was fantastic and helpful. We had a really relaxing holiday and will definitely come back.
