Alqueria de Segovia

There’s a huge living room and a well-equipped kitchen, plus a BBQ area, terrace and Wi-Fi. The bedrooms are comfortable, each with its own bathroom, and the spaces work well for different needs. It’s a lovely country house about 10 minutes from Segovia. I’d happily return.

A great choice for a big group, with all the amenities and Segovia very close by. The one thing that could use some attention is the foosball table, but that’s just a small suggestion.

Azucena made us feel like family and took such care showing us around and explaining everything. The house is kept beautifully, with lots of plants and thoughtful touches, tasteful decor and high-quality furnishings. We’d definitely stay again, and I’d recommend it. It works well for a large group of friends with children. There are four sofas and armchairs in the living room, a dining room for 20, and a kitchen table that fits another 10, great for the kids. High chairs are available, and there’s also a small kitchen off the living room. The bedrooms are hard to beat for size and amenities. They all have private bathrooms, and some connect to extra bedrooms for children and parents. The mattresses, pillows, bath linens and beds were all really comfortable. There’s a big covered terrace off the kitchen where you can linger in the evening, with a pretty gazebo beside the built-in barbecue. The main facade has a lovely landlady and a little lawn. Such a well-cared-for place.

Azucena was so kind and attentive, and made sure we were comfortable. She even pointed us to bakeries and places to order lamb and suckling pig. We came with a few children, and they had a playroom to use. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and towels that seemed like new. We had a wonderful weekend and would definitely come back.
