Apartamento Puerto Deportivo

The marina staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful throughout my visit. The town itself is charming and an easy walk from the port along a beautiful promenade lined with flowers by the beach. I came by tender because my boat was too large to enter the port and had to stay at anchor.

After our boat trip, we found plenty of parking and restaurants just a few metres from the harbor. The dolphin trip itself was incredible: we saw whole pods right beside us. It really delivered.

There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, so take your time. In the old fisherman's port, we found the best one. Check the pictures to spot it, and don't be taken in by the cozy look of the places, including the Jazz bar, in the tourist area. The marina itself is small and a bit dated, though a stroll here is always relaxing.

A flat, safe walk around this lovely port is easy to do with a dog or in a wheelchair. There are loads of wonderful bars and restaurants, and plenty of fantastic boats sailing and moored there.
