Krystal from the animation team was wonderful with our kids. She played with them each day, made them feel included, and took special care to involve our autistic daughter. She was so kind and patient that the kids got very attached to her and still ask about her. The great entertainment program and mini disco, where Krystal played a big part, had them so excited that we missed breakfast a few times because they were exhausted. We were at Globales Playa Estepona from 28.10.2025 until 01.11.2025. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were tidy and cleaned daily, though a little small. When we made it to meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all good with a nice selection each time. The pools were fantastic, and the beach was a short walk away. It's a great hotel for families, and we'd definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We've been here three times, in 2021, 2023 and 2025, and every visit has been amazing. The beach was okay, and we liked walking there after breakfast while my daughter waited for pilates and kids club. The pools and slides are fantastic, and the all-inclusive cocktails and beer were lovely. The food is typical all-inclusive fare, but even we fussy eaters found something every day. My daughter especially loved the fresh pancakes at breakfast. The animation team made us feel welcome and made each holiday so special, especially Kyrstal and Gustavo. My daughter adored them, and so did we. They really feel like family. They're busy all day with kids club, aqua dance, pilates, exercises, darts, archery, shooting, and more. We loved the mini disco too. My daughter is 12 and still joined in and enjoyed it.

The location was the downside, since there isn't much nearby. If you want to explore beyond the complex, expect to take a bus. Inside, the splash park was great fun, and the lifeguards were extremely professional and attentive. The rooms were clean, but privacy was lacking. With kids, expect to sleep right beside them. The entertainers were great, though the hotel is so large that you need to check what's on and when. They won't come looking for the kids to get them involved. Reception staff worked really hard despite always being busy, and all the hotel staff were brilliant, efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to everyone who made the holiday special!

The resort waterpark was awesome, with loads of slides and plenty of lifeguards watching the kids. The beach behind the hotel was pebbly but gorgeous. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful the whole time. An amazing team. I came with my friend and her daughters for a girls' holiday and had a great time. My one tiny gripe was that the sheets were a bit thin, so I woke up chilly at night. That's personal to me, and I probably could've asked for another duvet but didn't. I'm sure the staff would've got me one if I had, since they honestly couldn't do enough for us.
