Ona Club Benavista

We came with friends and had plenty of privacy, with the terrace and pool to enjoy. The restaurant and grocery shops were easy to get to, too. They let us check in earlier than planned, and the front desk staff were really helpful. Everything was great. We'll definitely return.♥️

The area and urbanisation are lovely, and the neighbours were very kind. But my stay as a quiet solo guest was let down by rude, unhelpful service and terrible WiFi. Mosquitoes were extreme, even in February, which made for a horrific experience. They refused twice to give me the address or GPS details beforehand, so I was left out in a storm, trying to find the place alone with a paper map, luggage and equipment. Then at 8:45 a.m., a woman unlocked the apartment and barged in without knocking, shouting about checkout.

The location is great and the area is nice, which makes it a shame the place isn't looked after. In both apartments we saw, there was mold, the cleaning was poor, and kitchen supplies like knives, plates and cooking equipment were very sparse. The main problem is the internet. There isn't any usable internet here, so if you need it, this place isn't for you. You may have to go to McDonald's to get online. This has apparently been an ongoing issue people have complained about for months, and it should take less than a day to fix. I hope they sort things out, but as it is, I can't give more than 1/5.

The stay was good overall, but even after I asked, nobody serviced the room. I didn't get fresh towels or toiletries.
