The reception staff were very kind. On our first night, the double bed kept separating whenever we moved, so we could barely sleep. We asked them to sort it out, and they added a topper, which worked great. We stayed for four nights. They came to clean, but it seemed like they only made the bed and changed the towels. They didn't vacuum or clean the floors during our stay. The hotel was OK overall.

We found a cheaper hotel about 500 metres away and moved there, thankfully without any cockroaches or mosquitoes. At this place, I saw seven huge cockroaches between reception and our room, and another one inside. There were at least five mosquitoes in the room, plus ants by the bar. The room smelled bad and was dirty and dated. The bathtub was corroded, and the glass bathroom door had such wide gaps around it that there was no privacy. We arrived in the evening and left after about an hour. When we asked for that night's money back, they refused and offered another room, which was also smelly and dirty. The manager showed no goodwill. The hotel is beside a highway, and getting to a beach is really difficult. Avoid it.

I booked three nights starting today, and after driving nonstop from Morocco to Spain, I got to the hotel at 9:30 a.m. I knew check-in was officially until 4 p.m., but I politely asked if there might be a room around 11 or 12 because I was exhausted. The receptionist was kind and explained they couldn't do that, so I waited in the lobby. By around 11, plenty of people had checked out, but at 1 p.m. there still wasn't a cleaned room for me. I understand only one person may be doing the cleaning, but I was the only guest waiting and hoped they'd prioritize my room. Nobody checked in or reassured me while I waited, and nobody even offered water. Mosquitoes were biting me in the lobby. It's a really disappointing start to a planned holiday, and I regret not returning to the hotel where I usually stay. I understand their check-in policy, but this felt excessive.

The food was okay, and we were charged to use the safe: €2.50 for one day, or the “bargain” price of €5.00 for two. Our friends had some critters in their room. Staff said they'd dealt with it, though I'm not sure they did much. A rather drunk young woman in the lobby was also complaining about bugs in her room. The bathroom door left a bit too much visible.
