The pools are brilliant, the splash park is great for younger kids, and we’ve had fun with the sports and entertainment. The staff are really enthusiastic, and the night shows are good quality, not cheesy. The only thing that’s bothered me is how loud the Lobby Bar gets. I was nervous after reading the reviews, but so far it’s been an amazing stay. Our room is spacious and immaculately clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the view over both the mountains and sea is beautiful. The balcony is a great size too. We went for a suite, and the extra sleeping space for the kids has been fantastic. The food has been fresh, tasty, and full of choice. Both my kids are enjoying it, and so are we. I’d like the option of somewhere other than a buffet, but there’s so much selection at each meal that I’m not getting bored. The wines are good quality, and I’m especially enjoying the rosé. It’s not as isolated as some people say. A short walk up the avenue gets you to four or five restaurants, a mini mart, and a pharmacy. We hired a car to explore more, which I’d recommend if you want to get out and about. I’d highly recommend the place for families. My kids are 15 and 11, and they’re really enjoying it here.

The views were absolutely stunning, and the beach was just a stone’s throw away. There was plenty for the children to do, especially the splash park and multiple pools. We had a lovely stay last week, and a massive thank you to José, who went above and beyond with warm, friendly customer service. There was a good variety of food, with snacks and meals available for most of the day on the all-inclusive plan. The children’s evening entertainment started too late, around 9 or 9:30, and would have been better in a separate space. The evening entertainment was the only letdown. Lucia at reception promised us the best view in Marbella, and she really came through. I’d booked a sea-view room at Hotel Sol and was thinking about upgrading for my daughter’s birthday. The view was stunning, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. From the entrance to the restaurant, café, and bar, everyone on staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional. I’m so grateful for the service. They made my daughter’s birthday very special.

Pablo and Andrea at the guest service desk helped arrange a lovely surprise for my girlfriend, with cava and a dessert platter. The staff made our stay feel extra special, and the location, facilities, and value were all outstanding. I stayed here with her this week and would highly recommend it.

Isabel, the guest experience manager, prepared a welcome amenity that really stood out for us. From the moment we arrived, Lucia greeted us so warmly, and the dinner staff were marvellous and welcoming too. Their hospitality was beyond anything I've seen so far. We'll definitely come back.
