Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade local jams, and the service was good. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, quaint and nicely proportioned, with modern, spacious bathrooms. The water comes out hot, and the temperature was comfortable without any adjustment. From the Hotel, there's a pleasant view of fields and snow-covered peaks, plus a good amount of sunlight. The town itself is cozy, with lovely slate stone walls.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily. It was spacious, clean and welcoming, and the spa was clean and enjoyable too. We had a memorable stay, and Espot ski resort is nearby. Many thanks!

The location was good, but this stay fell well short of what we expected and compared poorly with other places we've stayed. Lots of things cost extra, including towel changes, cleaning and more soap. English wasn't spoken or understood well. The AC didn't work, and opening the windows let in lots of insects. The bed was badly assembled and tended to come apart, and the bathroom window door was broken and wouldn't close. The kitchen lacked basics like salt, sugar and oil, so proper cooking wasn't really possible, and there was no kettle for tea or coffee. There was so much chlorine in the pool that it was impossible to stay in; apparently you also have to book an hour in advance, and get only one hour during your stay. The washing machine cost 5 euro and didn't wash our clothes. Parking also costs extra. It wasn't all bad, but it was much worse than we expected.

We've both worked in aviation and spent years living in hotels, and the service here was above and beyond. The staff made sure our stay was memorable and pleasant, handling the challenges caused by Covid-19 with great care and creative solutions so we could still enjoy ourselves. The service and spa were wonderful, and everything felt perfect. Hygiene was also at a very high level, which matters a lot to me. I can absolutely recommend this place to everyone. It deserves to be among the top 3 in the Baqueira Beret ski area!
