The autumn colors from the house and around it were beautiful to see. Getting there from Ezcaray takes you through a magnificent beech forest, and the setting is spectacular. La Solana de Turza is a welcoming, beautiful house, and we had three fantastic days over an unforgettable weekend. What stood out most was how kind Paco and Mila were. They were always checking that we were having a good stay. We can't wait to come back!

Turza is surrounded by beech and cherry woods, with plenty of paths for hiking, mountain biking, running, and other outings. The village is easy to reach from Ezcaray on a paved road, and any type of vehicle can get there. The country house itself is authentic, spacious, beautiful, and very well equipped. Paco and Mila were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We'd love to return.

The only downside was that the weekend ended too quickly. The village is lovely and very peaceful, and the house is beautiful, with care given to every little detail. Paco, the owner, was a wonderful host and helped us with everything he could. It was an exceptional weekend.

The surroundings are beautiful, and the house is spectacular. We were there with two families and children, and we're definitely coming back. Mila and Paco were wonderful hosts and made everything so easy. Highly recommended.

We plan to be back in May! This is a perfect place for a break with friends or family. The house has been restored with real thought and care, and nothing feels unnecessary or missing. Paco and Mila are delightful, and their knowledge of the area can take you back 100 years or more.
