The apartments are roomy and the kitchen has a nice range of cookware. Getting there by car is a little awkward, though parking is right outside. We waited quite a while for the keys. The heat was out our first night and got fixed the next day. They also knew about the water being shut off on day two but didn't let us know.

Raúl was wonderful with us. We felt right at home in the house, which was quiet and really cozy.

The people there were attentive and very friendly, and the accommodation itself was spot on: clean, great views, and stocked with what we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. Ezkaroz is a peaceful village in a beautiful setting, with interesting walks nearby through the Irati and Otsagabia forests, among other places. It's easy to recommend this rural house, it's simply brilliant.

The owner was so friendly, and the apartment matched the pictures exactly. It was very well equipped, too. Having a private bathroom in every bedroom was especially handy, since you don't often find that.

The apartment itself was fine, but we had no water when we got back. The town hall had sent notice the night before, yet the owner didn't mention it. 🤔 That was awful. The heating also broke on day one, though it was repaired the following day.
