The location in this tiny village, close to that crazy viewpoint, was just right for us. We came in the off season and found everything so peaceful. The 500-year-old house is rustic and traditional, exactly the kind of place we wanted, and it was cozy and clean. Opening the window in the morning to that view and fresh air nearly made my heart burst. We loved sitting in the garden in front of the house with a glass of wine and the fairytale landscape around us. The owner is incredibly sweet and a wonderful cook. We’re vegetarian, and the aubergine was so delicious, so please give the menu a try. One of our best experiences. Thank you so much, and we hope to return one day ♡

The waitress was cheerful and happy, and the three-course lunch was great value at €18. There was a good choice for every course, and I even thought a glass of wine came with it. I don’t drink when I’m driving, though.

We stopped in the village for dinner while passing through, without staying at the hotel. The terrace had a spectacular view, the food was great, and the staff were friendly. All for a very reasonable price.
