Apartamentos Playa Marina

We stopped in for a drink and some food. It’s a lovely little place, but our server was rude and made us feel unwelcome. We won’t come back because of the staff’s attitude. There are other places where the staff are genuinely lovely and helpful.

I came back after three years because I liked the owner, the location, and the food. Sadly, the rest of the staff were very rude. We asked for a menu and wanted to order, but after bringing it over, nobody came back to take our order.

They knew several times that one of our guests had a severe milk allergy and promised to check the food carefully. They then confirmed it was milk-free, but it turned out there was milk in it. It’s deeply disappointing, and frankly alarming, when a restaurant doesn’t take customers’ health concerns seriously.

The location is fantastic, but the rest was a letdown. A tiny bag of chips cost €5.50, and my €10 sandwich had no salad. I could’ve made a better one in my toaster. The staff were miserable and rude, and I ended up going over to pay because nobody came to the table with the bill.
