We had a lovely stay and will be back. The food was amazing, reception staff were welcoming and helpful, and the facilities were very clean without the pool area feeling crowded. The room had a few small oddities, as noted below, but they were manageable. It was just right for a relaxed four-night resort-style break.

The cocktails were a highlight for me 👍 Staff seemed friendly and quite talkative, and often put on activities around the resort. Kids are welcome, though loud music by the main pool until about 10pm can make bedtime tricky. The food was decent and about what you'd expect at a Spanish all-inclusive. The sunbeds, though, were rough and uncomfortable, which was a big downside. Overall, a fine place to stay.

The food team were enthusiastic about making vegan meals, and each day we planned the next day's food with Aline. When we came into the restaurant, staff recognized us and let the kitchen know, and the chefs also pointed out which buffet items we could eat. We enjoyed mushroom risotto, Thai-style chickpea curry, pasta, paella, soup, different curries, and even vegan pancakes at breakfast. The restaurant and kitchen staff went above and beyond, thanks to Aline's excellent coordination across the hotel. Aline, the Guest Experience Manager, was amazing. Before our trip, we contacted MarSenses Ferrera Blanca hotel to ask if they could accommodate us as vegans. From arrival, she treated us with real care, welcomed us warmly, and introduced us to the chef to explain our dietary needs and what vegan meant. We felt respected instead of like an inconvenience, which has sadly been rare for us while traveling. Our start was rocky because our flight was cancelled. After a long, exhausting journey of more than 24 hours, we arrived late and had a small check-in problem, but the staff sorted it quickly and got us settled. The hotel is split over two sites, and the pool was a short walk across the road from our apartment. Our accommodation was spotless, with a nice balcony and everything we needed, including Netflix, a bonus in rainy weather. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It's a short walk into town for bars and restaurants. Next door there's a cocktail bar with a good selection of alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks at prices similar to the UK, and the drinks were delicious. We also found The Boat House, a fully vegan restaurant about a 10-minute walk away at the marina. Its burgers and hot dogs were fantastic, even though we ordered too much.

Aline was fabulous. She was always there to help, and our couple of minor issues were fixed within minutes of mentioning them. She also went above and beyond for my partner's birthday. George at reception was really helpful too. Thank you so much, Aline! We stayed 11 nights. The room was lovely, with a large balcony and a nice view. The food was great, especially the eggs benedict, and we loved having different choices, including à la carte dishes alongside the buffet. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The only thing that could have improved it would be a hot tub on the balcony 😂😂, but you can't have everything. THANK YOU xx
