I’d recommend the villa, though it has a few small downsides. The room has a smell of old furniture, and the AC only runs at set times. It also wasn’t stocked with basics like soap, hand soap, or a dish sponge.

Sincerely, Toni Pascual, Fincas Majorica. Thank you very much, Miguel Mascaró, for staying at Puig de Sa Figuera and sharing your comments. We’ve already started the process with Felanitx Town Council to ask for improvements to the access road. As the listing says, we aim to use energy responsibly, so air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms. About the pool, the heat wave during your stay meant more water evaporated, which may have made it look cloudier. We’ve noted your feedback and will work on improving its maintenance.

We had a lovely week, though a few things could be better. The access road needs work, AC is only available in the rooms, and the pool could be maintained better.
