The club is nice, but the childcare for kids aged 3-7 was really disappointing. EDIT We contacted customer service, and they made a change right away. After that, the experience was great!

The food stood out, with fresh dishes and plenty of choice at every meal. There was also lots to do, from workouts and yoga to the spa and swimming, so it was easy to pick between being active and taking it slow. The staff were warm and helpful throughout, always ready with a smile. As always, I really enjoyed staying here and can't wait to come back.

The Easter cooking contest was such a fun touch. Each restaurant team wore a costume, and guests got to vote for their favorite dish. I also liked being able to watch the cooks prepare the food. It felt more personal and made me feel safer about what I was eating, and I hope the cooks enjoyed seeing people take their food to the table. I had a great week trying all kinds of delicious new foods, and the restaurant staff were lovely and worked hard to make visits comfortable. They put a lot of effort into decorating for each occasion, too. Thanks to everyone who helped make the vacation so nice!

The people in the food and drink team made us feel especially well looked after. Please give all of them, from the waiters to the kitchen staff, six stars. A special thank you to Nick (F&B). We were traveling as a family, including someone with limited mobility, and the front office helped us ahead of time by email with a few requests to make the trip easier. That personal service deserves five stars. The accommodation, food, and drinks were fine, but nothing that needs singing about. We came away with very positive impressions.
