Villa Sol Naixent - Villa With Private Pool

The villa is beautiful, with an excellent view and a great location near amenities and the beach. It’s very child-friendly.

The impressive sea view is about the only bright spot, along with a pool that seemed well maintained, though its lights weren’t working. For around €530 a night, this finca is an absolute disgrace and, with the issues below, uninhabitable in our view. It doesn’t come close to the standard expected at that price. The place is in dire need of renovation. The furnishings are in poor condition, the mattresses are dirty, and every exterior wall has severe mold. The shower curtain was old and dirty, and one bathroom had an unbearable fecal stench. The wardrobes smelled and were full of cobwebs. Kitchen cabinets and appliances had a greasy film, and the stove and extractor hood were dirty. We had to wash much of the cutlery and dishes before using them, and the outdoor grill was unusable from dirt. Outside, the patio loungers were dirty and moldy. The fabric curtains in the kitchen and living area were dirty and partly torn. The furniture and decorations looked carelessly thrown together, and yellowed magazines from 2015 (!) were still lying around. The wooden support beam under the patio roof was completely rotten.

The owners were very nice and helpful, and the house itself was amazing, with a view that's priceless.

Everything you need is in this beautiful house, which is in great condition. Its location is prime, and the views are amazing.
