The one star is because the system won't let me give zero. My stay was disappointing: the facilities are in good shape, though a little dusty, and the food is fine for what it is, nothing special. The service is what ruined it. Staff from reception through to the restaurant were curt, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Even basic questions seemed to irritate them. For a hotel, that falls well below what guests should be able to expect. The place has potential thanks to its proximity to Fuentes de Invierno ski resort, but the poor treatment spoiled the experience. I wouldn't recommend it or come back unless guest service improves seriously.
