After finishing the Camino, we had a lovely stay. We enjoyed our room, the nearby beach, and the buffet breakfast. We needed a taxi back to Finsterre town, and the staff called several companies for us. When they couldn't get through, they drove us from the hotel to the bus station for free, just to be kind. We're grateful to the wonderful people who work here and highly recommend the place.

The hotel staff were very nice, and the rooms were spacious. We had breakfast once, and it was the usual Spanish hotel spread: cheese, meat, yogurt, bread, and so on. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work, so our room got very hot. We couldn't leave the window open at night because the hotel is on the main road into town, with traffic passing steadily. A room that doesn't face the main road would probably be okay.

We booked this for our final night walking the Camino, thinking we'd earned a treat. The listing showed “spa” alongside wifi and air conditioning, but it turned out the spa cost an extra $36 euro. The confirmation email mentioned that breakfast cost extra, which was expected, but said nothing about the spa. We only found this out later, and were very disappointed. There are other places for the same price with pools and better facilities. We had booked a no-refund rate, so we were stuck. The pictures are misleading, so get all the details before booking. If being misled doesn't bother you, or money isn't a concern, this might suit you. Otherwise, look elsewhere. False advertising!

The beach access path is just across the road, and the sandy beach felt safe for swimming. It's about a 20-minute walk into Finistere, where the narrow, colourful streets have lovely places to eat and drink. Our bedrooms were spotless, modern in their decor and fittings, and had comfortable beds with plenty of room for clothes and moving around. The Spa was immaculate, with different jets to soothe sore limbs and backs. We spent a few hours there for €15 per person. Those who arrived without swim suits could buy one for €7. The Spa staff were friendly and helpful, as were Youssef, Morgana, and Carmen, who looked after us so well. We had a late breakfast and would have liked more fruit and hard boiled eggs. Carmen kindly brought us several jugs of hot water for tea, and Youssef served drinks and made us feel welcome. Morgana was friendly and helpful too. Breakfast is the only meal available, but there is lots of space to sit comfortably in the bar and lounge with drinks. When Morgana finished her shift, the manager took care of us and brought tea and drinks. Very good value in every way.

Our group of 40 walkers stayed four nights at this lovely family hotel. The rooms were fantastic, the staff very friendly, and the service excellent. We enjoyed good breakfasts and hot meals too. We highly recommend it and hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
