Javier made the whole wedding feel special, from working around our very “American” timing, sunset included, to taking care of everyone so thoughtfully. My friends and family were still talking about him by the time they left, and everyone had lovely things to say about their time with him. We had the most amazing wedding and stay at the Monastery. They welcomed a lot of Americans as easily as Spaniards, and our guests were blown away by the building, the food, the staff, and how relaxing their stay was. Thank you all for giving us a day we couldn't have asked for more. I hope to come by every year to say Hola and thank you again. With love, the Sieiros (Ivan and Veronica)

It was closed when I went. Apparently, it's only open on Wednesday.
