Mar Y Sal Apartaments

The apartment was very complete and clean, with a swimming pool and private parking available. It’s close to a supermarket, about a 15-minute walk from the harbour, and a 20-minute bike ride from les illetes, one of the best beaches. If I return to Formentera, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location was the only nice thing about my stay. The rooms were very old, and the curtains smelled of smoke. Turning on the AC made the smell worse. The shower was so old I’d never seen anything like it. This is one of the worst holiday experiences I’ve had, and this Hotel isn’t even worth 1 Star.

The people were lovely, and the apartment was cleaned and the towels changed every day. There’s a small kitchen, a nice pool, and someone at the bar even at night if you need anything. With a car or bicycle, you’re super close to the best beaches, and there’s a supermarket nearby too. The one thing that needs attention is the cockroaches that come out at night from somewhere in the bathroom. I know they’re common in hot countries, unfortunately, but they need to be gone before renting out the apartments. Thanks again, guys, for a lovely stay.

The location was good, there’s a pool, and the beds were firm. Room facilities were minimal but fine. Cleaning and air-con were regular. Two plugs didn’t work, so we couldn’t use the microwave, and we had separate beds even though we’re a couple. The pillows were huge and hard, not to my taste.
