The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and the location was perfect. But the bathroom had no ventilation or window, and the room had a constant damp smell, even inside the cupboards.

The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had air conditioning and balconies. The staff were attentive and friendly, and we had a great stay. There’s no elevator, though thankfully I wasn’t on the top floor. I’ll definitely come back, and I recommend it.

The staff were incredibly attentive and patient. I forgot to bring a dress, and they kindly sent it to me even though they weren’t obliged to. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. It’s in a great spot, just a minute from Es Pujols beach, and they had a beach umbrella for us to take along. The air conditioning was important in Formentera’s August heat. I’d certainly recommend staying here. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator, which may matter for anyone with reduced mobility.

The location was impeccable and the receptionist was very kind. That’s why I’m giving two stars. The rooms otherwise need a complete overhaul. The doors and handles were rusty, and my partner even scratched himself on one near the attached photo. The toilet and shower were extremely dirty and encrusted, so we had to clean them ourselves on the first day. The hair dryer stopped working after its first minute, and for four days there wasn’t decent shampoo, so I had to make do with my hair hanging out! Only choose these apartments if you need a quick base. Friends staying in competing apartments had much nicer, more renovated rooms.
