Sa Pedrera Suites & Spa

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and having the spa to ourselves was a lovely bonus. Our modern, spacious room was well equipped and had a nice balcony. The pool area was relaxing, and the hotel is an easy walk from the beach and the center of Pujols. A few additions would help in rooms with kitchenettes, such as hand soap, lotion, and washing-up liquid. Breakfast was enjoyable, though more variety and better coffee would improve it. We'd happily stay again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and our toddler was happy too. We stayed three nights and wished we'd booked more. The room was spacious and very clean, with a small kitchenette for basic meals and tea or coffee. We also appreciated the beach umbrella and bag for carrying our things. The shower toiletries were organic and such good quality that I even used the shampoo on my toddler. Breakfast had a huge buffet and hot dishes to order, and the coffee was great when ordered from the bar. The spa was lovely, especially the sauna and outdoor pool, and we could bring our toddler in the morning. We loved our stay and would love to return. Highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a great spot at the edge of town, so it's very quiet, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast really was excellent. We didn't use the pool or spa, though they looked top notch. We'd definitely come back, but there were a few issues: cleaning was generally good, though the shower and toilet floor sometimes seemed to have been missed. From our second-floor room we could hear the rooftop air-conditioning unit, and it was too loud. Sometimes there was also a sewage smell from the shower, which we could clear ourselves, but that wasn't what we expected.

We came out of season and found everything very quiet, with a bit of rain, so we made good use of the indoor spa with its steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi pool. The outdoor pool area is pretty and would be amazing in sunny summer weather. The staff were warm, helpful, and inviting, and everything in the communal areas and our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and robes and slippers were provided. It was very reasonably priced, and we'd stay again in summer.
