The owners are kind, helpful people, and the bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean. There are animals around the site, meals can be delivered, and the pitches are a good size, mostly shaded by trees, though a few are sloped. Pitch n.o 10 is one I’d recommend, and it sounds like a nice place to watch next year’s eclipse. Getting around is the catch. Reception, with the inflatable slides and kids’ activities, is about a kilometer uphill from the pitches. You need a car or other transport for that, the nearby municipal pool, and sights like Dinopolis, Teruel, waterfalls, and small rivers. In a campervan, packing up each day to go out makes things more complicated. With a car, I’d probably give it five stars. It seems ideal for tents, caravans, and the cabins, which I’m sure are great.

A great stop if you’re heading toward the Mediterranean. It’s only 15 minutes from the motorway, and you get a lovely campsite with mountain views and a farm for the kids. The owners are lovely too. All brilliant.

We liked it so much that we stayed an extra night. The campsite is peaceful, with large plots and good wifi. Facilities were exceptionally clean, and the owners were very helpful. Beautiful spot in the mountains. We’ll definitely come back!

The pitches are lovely, the facilities are clean, and food can be delivered right to your door. The owner was lovely too, though no English is spoken. Getting there with a caravan was very difficult: the route goes through a very narrow, twisty village and then up a steep mountain. You need a good power-to-weight ratio.

We stumbled across Casa Fausto and were really impressed. It’s peaceful, very clean, and clearly well looked after. Reception was so helpful, and despite our basic Spanish we managed to get everything sorted. Five stars from us, thank you.
