The worst part was feeling unsafe. In the middle of the night, someone came into my room and left after realizing I was there. Maybe they’d given the room to someone else. I won’t let my company book this hotel again, and I’d recommend staying in Lleida instead of Casanova hotel. The location is okay, but breakfast has very little choice. The room was okay, though it wasn’t as clean as it should be, and the bathroom is far too small to move around freely in the shower.

The room was nice, and the cleaning lady was nice too. But the food was overpriced for what you get: a 14€ breakfast shouldn’t taste like a 2 € hot dog. The staff were combative, and I’ve had better treatment at the kebab stand outside. I’d give it a hard pass next time I’m around and need a room, if there is a next time.

The room was okay, clean and quiet, but I wouldn’t stay again. The bar was dirty and the food was reheated. I ordered mustard and it had already been expired for seven months.

I often go to hotel casa nova and really like it. It’s a wonderful place for lunch or dinner with family or friends, with good food and staff who treat customers well.
